3. You've said some children will be left behind other children because of the intellectual limitations. Should we do something different to help those children succeed?

The most important change is the one I recommended in answering the first question. Two others are to do a first-rate job of assessing each child’s strengths and needs when they enter elementary school, and adapt their education accordingly, and to stop pressuring high school guidance counselors to encourage everyone to go onto the college-prep track.
